I make sure the warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and with the level of accuracy our work demands. I break out orders, balance the workload, keep the pace steady, and step in wherever the floor needs support. Every pallet that moves in or out is meticulously checked so the paperwork matches the physical product—no guesswork, no loose ends.
Before stepping into management, I spent years learning both sides of the operation: warehouse systems, forklifts, floor flow, and time behind the wheel. That perspective shaped how I lead. I move fast when I need to, slow things down when it protects people and product, and reset expectations when the fundamentals start to slip.
What motivates me is structure, consistency, and building a team that takes pride in doing the work the right way. If something’s off, I want to know immediately so it can be fixed, documented, and prevented next time. Clean, accurate, safe—that’s our standard.
Outside of work, I’m with my wife and our four kids. Sports, school, family chaos—I’m in it. I also coach competitive softball, which keeps me teaching, mentoring, and staying connected to the kind of leadership that translates right back into the warehouse.
